Who We Are

Trainers Who Care



Aaron is a fitness fanatic and has been active his entire life. His love for fitness began back when he served in the United States Marine Corps (1999-2003).Along with Marine Corps PT Aaron also got involved in martial arts. He has participated in Brazilian jiujitsu (reaching the rank of purple belt), kickboxing, boxing (reaching the quarterfinals of the 2007 NYC Golden Gloves tournament), and currently Jeet Kune Do. A friend of his introduced him to the world of kettlebells and he never looked back. Since that introduction he has gone on to obtain:
A.S. Degree in Exercise Science, 
Master Trainer certification through the International Sports Sciences Association
DVRT Ultimate Sandbag trainer L1 and L2
Tactical Athlete L1 kettlebell instructor
Kettlebell Athletics L1 and L2 kettlebell coach
KBNY High Intensity Kettlebell fitness L1 and L2 kettlebell coach
Ice Chamber Kettlebell Performance trainer L1 and L2. (1 of 3 L2 in NYS)
Metafit HIIT Bodyweight Training Instructor

MetaPWR Training Instructor

FitRanx Instructor (Only one in the Hudson Valley) 



To date Aaron has competed in many kettlebell sport lifting competitions. Achieving Rank 1 in both Long Cycle and Snatch only.



  • ​Tiffany's journey into fitness began in 2012. This is when she began training with kettlebells. Tiffany helped Aaron prepare for his competitions and received her first kettlebell certification (Ice Chamber Kettlebell Performance Trainer), and also the Metafit HIIT Bodyweight Training Instructor. She has also done many competitions to date and made it to the medal stand each time. She is the only one at the club to compete in every discipline of kettlebell sport. Long Cycle, Biathlon, Snatch only, and even half marathon (30 minutes straight without putting the kettlebell down).
